Factory One
Stockport
Our 28,000 ft² main operating facility and also the administrative centre for Absolute Packaging. The factory is equipped with modern, state of the art, Emba case making machinery (Emba170QS and Emba245).
The site also hosts the design department, having full CAD/CAM facilities.
The Emba 170 is capable of manufacturing small 0201 cartons, therefore reducing need to die-cut. Both Emba's are leading edge with quality and quick make ready; both with 3 colour and with rotary die-cut inline glueing ideally placed to meet today's demand for SRP packaging.
Factory Two
Openshaw
12,000 ft². Equipped to provide an extended range of products including non-standard packaging and short runs to match customer requirements. Machinery includes die-cutting, specialist case making, printing and stitching equipment.
Factory Three
Wigan
50,000 ft². This is the latest division and opened in early 2013. The factory provides specialist gluing facilities via a vega 6 point gluer. The site also has a 3 meter case maker and die-cutting facilities.
In association with our manufacturing plants, our objectives are simple, innovation with simplicity. Offering different styles of packaging from plain to full colour. Adhesive tapes printed/plain shrink and bubble wrap with next day delivery from stock to accompany your new packaging.
